Mindfulness is a treatment modality that is used to help individuals manage their anxiety and depression. This treatment modality can be learned and used with a therapist in clinical sessions. Mindfulness is much different than typical meditation. The techniques focus on staying tin the now and being in the moment and not letting one’s mind wander to negative thought pattern which can lead to heightened anxiety and manifest into depressive symptoms.
As an expert in this area I will teach how to relax and get more enjoyment in your life and in relationships by practicing and reinforcing mindfulness techniques.
In addition to learning mindfulness you will be introduced to guided mindfulness meditation which is fun and easy to practice. Using positive visualization tools will enable one to feel more at ease at work and in their daily living enviroment.
